Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist, based in Khobar / Dammam. To maximize the company's brand engagement through all potential social channels globally whilst complying with the brands social media and marketing policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media plan to align with business goals
- Report Social Media Analytics on monthly basis
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with operations team, to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Assist in Creation of Digital Marketing Plan
- Design and create creative materials as per business needs
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,YouTube, Engagement Apps & CMS
- Must speak English & Arabic
- Experience in Agency or client side.
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing.
- Advanced skills in photography and videography
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite ( Mac & Windows )
