We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Branch Manager one Indian nationality and one Arab nationality who can supervise and manage staff to ensure that sales goals are met, and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner. You will be also responsible for monitoring sales, training and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback. You must report back the branch manager if any assistance is needed.

• To be successful, you must have strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills, you must be adaptive to work in shifts and split shifts since you may open and close the branch.

• You must have worked in the same field before, you should be trustworthy and honest, dealing with cash is a very sensitive and hard job.

• You must have a great experience in foreign currencies and be able to recognize most of them, you should be familiar with remittance products (Western Union, Transfast,etc)

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions.

• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

• Maintaining a clean workspace.

• Minimum three years experience in the same field is a must.
