Machine Programming using Master CAM

Maintaining machine shop 5S activity and maintain serene & clean environment.

Product Quality

Preparing Quality plan and ensure adherence to the process.

Calibration of equipment & scheduling. Plan & Purchase of Measuring Equipment.

ISO 9000, ISO45000, ISO14001 – Process adherence.

Product Packing & related product consumable planning.

Responsible for product and personnel

Perform near miss and accident investigations.

Reporting & Documentation

Daily Operation Reporting

OEE – Weekly reporting

Quality Plan availability & Submission.

Maintain daily / weekly /monthly production reports.

Production Orders generation and closure. 

Skills

Bachelor’s degree with Production technology preferred.

Manufacturing environment supervisory experience is a +8 …. 10 years

Strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be fully conversant with Master Cam.

CNC Turning, CNC VTL & HMC experience essential.

Hands on machining experience required.

Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower essential

Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel.

Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team of technicians for 24x7 operation.

Ability to Speak/Understand English & Hindi is a must.
