Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Establish guidelines for maximizing profits by product category and analyze profit margins.
- Develop a global commercial strategy for short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Design store layouts for all product categories according to brand standards.
- Ensure operational standards are met in visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service, and security while maintaining brand integrity.
- Train and develop team members to achieve business plans and sales targets.
- Develop the brand operations strategy.
- Manage budgets and operational costs for all stores.
- Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory and protect profits.
- Find cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in retail operations.
- Work with HR to monitor manpower costs and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate from a college or university.
Experience: Preference given to candidates with retail fashion experience; however, a genuine passion for fashion is essential.
Skills: Proficiency in strategic planning, analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
