Prime Deals is hiring a highly organized receptionist for the following duties:
- Meet And Greet Office Visitors
- Answering all incoming phone calls and do outbound calls (If needed)
- Maintaining high level of professionalism when reporting to branch manager and HR manager
- Maintain day to day Admin Operations
- Sorting and prioritizing emails as per email importance
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Keep Updates of the daily records of the operations
- Provide administrative assistance when needed from the operations team and HR.

- Both Arabic and English Speaker (Must)
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Own Visa (Preferred)
- Dubai Resident (Preferred)
