Overview of the role:
- To support General Manager for Marketing in strategizing and developing all marketing communication in line with the Polestar & BYD brand positioning.
- To lead and provide innovative marketing strategy and implementation for Polestar & BYD across all channels and touch points to support business objectives for new car sales.
- To enhance brand image and customer perception to increase brand equity and support price premium vs. competition.
What you will do:
Marketing Strategy:
- Manage brand positioning to increase the brand power.
- Develop advertising campaigns, media plan, and contact strategy.
- Direct offline and digital media including website and social media strategy.
- Develop and pilot marketing efficiency monitoring, ROI, PDCA.
- Manage and administrate all brand marketing expenses.
Leads Marketing performance efficiency PDCA
- Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data to improve outcomes.
- Continuously seek and implement innovative marketing methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing performance, detailing successes, challenges, and insights derived from various campaigns and initiatives.

About the Team:
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing.
What equips you for the role:
- Education: A university degree is preferred in Business, Marketing. MBA from a globally recognized business school is highly preferable.
- 10 years+ experience in brand, marketing, and product - ideally within the Automotive/ Mobility industry
- Brand expert with experience in building brand equity particularly in new markets with new high value products
- Previous experience in high-growth businesses and start-ups is highly preferable
- Experience delivering strategies with high customer centric approach that are customer relationship driven and has developed effective customer relationship and community management programmes
- Extensive experience of digital-first marketing strategies
