Name of Job Opening: Psychiatrist
Duration of Contract: 5 month.

Workplace: Al-Jawf governorate
The objective of the Job:
Manage, monitor, and review the cases through evaluation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of necessary therapeutic interventions (pharmacological and psychiatric). Prescribe psychotherapy or medications for the treatment of mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders according to the needs of each patient.
Roles of Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate equal access and improve the mental health of women and girls with mental illness.
2. Provide a holistic individual client assessment.
3. Establish a service that meets the needs of patient and caregivers.
4. Improve the physical health of clients with mental illness.
5. Assess, reduce, and manage risks to oneself, others, and also risks from others.
6. Reduce isolation and ensure self-control and the time spent in isolation, trauma associated with isolation, and self-control.
7. Provide psychological therapeutic care for patients and provide them with appropriate treatment.
8. Ensure continuity, safety, and high quality of care services provided to patients and ensure maintaining the safety of caregivers during shifting either between or within services.
9. Refer intractable mental cases that require long-term and sustainable mental health care to specialized mental health facilities.
10. Respect the administrative regulations specified by the project management.
11. Adhere to the organization’s work ethics and code of conduct.
12. Any other duties as required within the scope of his/ her duties.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychiatry or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience with organizations.
- Advanced level of English
Required Skills:
1. Strong managerial skills (such as planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring and evaluating).
2. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
3. Highly capable of making decisions and holding accountability.
4. Strong guidance and logical analysis skills.

- تقديم تقييم شامل لكل فرد من المرضى.
- إنشاء خدمات تلبي احتياجات المرضى والرعاة.
- تحسين الصحة البدنية للمرضى الذين يعانون من الأمراض النفسية.
- تقييم وتقليل وإدارة المخاطر على النفس والآخرين، بالإضافة إلى المخاطر من الآخرين.
- تقليل العزلة وضمان السيطرة على الذات والوقت المنقضي في العزلة، والصدمة المرتبطة بالعزلة.
- تقديم رعاية علاجية نفسية للمرضى وتقديم العلاج المناسب لهم.
- ضمان استمرارية الخدمات وسلامتها وجودة عالية، وضمان سلامة مقدمي الرعاية.
- إحالة الحالات النفسية المعقدة التي تتطلب رعاية صحية نفسية طويلة الأمد إلى المرافق المتخصصة للصحة النفسية.
- احترام اللوائح الإدارية المحددة من إدارة المشروع.
- الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل وميثاق السلوك للمؤسسة.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى حسب الاقتضاء ضمن نطاق مهامه.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في طب النفس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات مع المنظمات.
- مستوى متقدم من اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات إدارية قوية (مثل التخطيط والتنظيم والتحكم والمراقبة والتقييم).
- مهارات تواصل وتقارير ممتازة.
- قدرة عالية على اتخاذ القرارات وتحمل المسؤولية.
- مهارات توجيه قوية وتحليل منطقي.
