1. Content Strategy and Planning:
* Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the marketing goals and target audience of each client.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify content opportunities, trends, and best practices.
* Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to define content objectives, themes, and messaging.
2. Content Creation and Production:
* Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and creation to production and distribution.
* Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for content campaigns and initiatives.
* Write, edit, and proofread engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, emails, and video scripts.
* Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
3. Content Optimization and Performance Analysis:
* Monitor the performance of content campaigns and initiatives, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
* Conduct regular content audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, optimize content formats, and enhance overall performance.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
* Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals.
* Foster a collaborative and creative work environment where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and execute projects effectively.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide opportunities for professional development and growth.
5. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding content-related matters, communicating project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
* Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure alignment between content strategies and overall client objectives.


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.* Proven experience (8 years) in content creation, preferably in a marketing agency or digital media environment.* +4 years of experience with Saudi Arabian market & Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and digital media landscape.* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content marketing trends, and SEO best practices.* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital analytics tools.* Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interface with clients.* Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.* Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience’s preferences, interests and nuances.
