Fleet & Distribution Manager

-       Perform, control and be fully operatively responsible for arranging transport by following both local law and internal company regulations to achieve Jotun’s standards of delivery.

-       Ensure correct and accurate deliveries according to customers’ demands.

-       Monitor and maintain customer service complaints regarding transportation to ensure service complaints are dealt efficiently and in a correct way.

-       Cooperate with Customer Service Department and Warehouse Department in order to fulfill delivering On Time in Full results.

-       Responsible to deliver all the available order to the customers on time and ensure that the trucks are fully utilized in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

-       Ensures that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times.

-       Responsible for vehicle procurement, car rentals and licenses renewals

-       Administer & supervise driver’s tests for new drivers.

-       Investigate accidents, analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement. Displaying a sound knowledge of new vehicle types and vehicle related products.

Requirements: - Fluent English language. - Excellent communication & Computer skills – Oracle Experience – Age 30 - 35
