IT Technical Support

  • Provide technical support for all incoming issues related to computer systems' software& hardware.
  • Resolving the problems of all connected devices to the PC like printers, scanners, etc....
  • Resolve technical problems with (LAN) and (WAN) and other systems
  • Working with windows server such as Printer Server, Scan Server, etc
  • Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations


Job Requirements

  • 1- 3 Years of Experience Working on Active Directory accounts, the configuration of laptops and desktops
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and operating systems.
