•Plan and monitor the installation procedure of the machines in the site and insure its efficiency.
•Coordinate with all trades to ensure proper installation of equipment & monitor project updates 
•Receive and review material & equipment provided by the vendors after getting the consultant’s approval (If required).
•Monitor the installation of equipment, pipe networks and ductwork and air outlets to assure. the installation quality in reference to the project’s approved shop drawings.
•Deliver the equipment and installations to the consultant to confirm the receiving and finalize the bills.
•Approve the subcontractor installations and prepare take off to confirm the subcontractor bill release.
•Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
•Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
•Ensure that all risks are identified, and applicable action plan(s) is acknowledged by all and ready if applicable. 
•Support and ensure the collection of revenue with client.
•Prepare as built drawing & collect closing document ( MA- Catalogues – Guarantee- etc.).
•Coordinate with technical office the suitable price (V.O additional work).
