Daily monitor current running MES-WMS solutions infrastructure Support incidents and technical issues received from factory teams. Supporting on spot any failure on the production lines or inside warehouse applications Architect new solutions infrastructure in cost optimum way Support regional and global team to apply required standards and provide the visibility about the current running.What you’ll do:To work with the factory different teams (ME, SC, Quality, HSE) to support the current digital transformation roadmap inside the factories shopfloor (MES) and supply chain (WMS-DW). Offering new suitable technical solutions for new solutions and delivering the technical support to the existing running ones. To architect and support all the industry 4.0 digital projects from IT technical perspective: Architecting the technical architecture of different solutions Supporting infrastructure (Servers, OT connectivity, IIOT devices, Virtual environments, Mobile devices) To work with co-operation with IT factory onsite support, HCL and IT MEA team to maintain and support current solutions remotely and physical in factories sites. To support current OT/IT segmentation and cybersecurity for shopfloor solutions.To support OPC Kepware layer and identify the new channels and communications to different machines PLC models.To create the required design and solution architecture documents as per group standards.The position includes both local and global communication with different parties so speaking English is a must. Who You Are?EDUCATIONUniversity Degree in Information Technology or Engineering or Computer Sciences.ITIL Certified is a plus.Microsoft certified is a plus.ExperienceAt least 10+ years’ experience as IT technical support or IT administrator.Working knowledge of 5+ in industrial facilitiesYou should have experience in utilizing (HyperV – VMware – Linux – Windows servers – SQL servers – OT network segmentation – HP & Dell Thin clients – Mobile handhelds and tables).Critical Competencies – must haveFor you to succeed in this role, you should be expert in:OT/IT network segmentation and cybersecurity Virtual Environments (Hyper-V-VMWare)OPC Kepware (Sever – Clients – Advanced tags – ODBC connection) IIOT industrial Hardware and different appsSQL server AdministrationCloud fundamentals Board Knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VNCBoard Knowledge in Mobile Android and different Windows and Linux operating systemsIn addition, you should be:Team playerAnalytical personHaving strong communication and presentation skillsHard worker (working in flexible times and supporting morning or night shifts in factories) Having ability to travel or support physical or remotely the factories digital solutions if required.English profession to write, present and speak.You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.Where you’ll be:You will be based in our Cairo Emad Eldin Office.Benefit highlights:Flexibility of work hours.Discounts on Electrolux products and services.Medical & Hospitalization coverage.As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
