We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchens Installation Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. As a Kitchens Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process of kitchen units and ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard. You will be responsible for managing a team of installers, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed within the designated timeframe. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of kitchen installers, ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations and follow installation procedures.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials are delivered to the site on time.
3. Inspect and measure the site to determine the layout of the kitchen units and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.
4. Plan and schedule the installation process, taking into consideration the availability of resources and the project timeline.
5. Oversee the installation of kitchen units, ensuring that they are aligned properly and securely fixed to the walls and floors.
6. Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the installation process to ensure that the work meets the required standards.
7. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the installation process, such as damaged units or incorrect measurements.
8. Communicate and collaborate with other teams, such as designers and project managers, to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
9. Provide guidance and training to new installers, ensuring that they understand the installation procedures and safety protocols.
10. Maintain accurate records of the installation process, including measurements, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen installation or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of kitchen installation procedures, techniques, and safety regulations.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
