Business Development, Sales and Operations Manager

View Emirates Sports Club LLC is looking to recruit Business Development, Sales, and Operations Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, who will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the center, in charge of new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. This position will play a key role in the marketing and promotional activities throughout the club including special events. The candidate must be a self-driven and motivated person. This role will require someone who is creative thinking and can develop opportunities to increase guest participation and serve the needs of both the children and parents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage stated areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Direct and liaise with the staff operating courts, café, reception, etc.

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

Ensure all SOPs, Policies & Procedures, and Health Guidelines are followed accordingly.

Actively promote and encourage participation of guests in activities and events.

Report to the Director on a regular basis.

Motivate and encourage the staff to ensure their best performance.

Prepare monthly rosters ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times establishing good relations and rapport.

Liaising with the marketing team in order to generate leads and sales meetings.

Responding to enquiries promptly.

Maintaining and expanding leads/client database in order to ensure data that future marketing and customer service is tailored, up-to-date and relevant to leads/clients.

To be responsible for the resources within the outlet.

Qualifications:

Operations Manager/Venue Manager/ Business Development, Sales

Leisure/Entertainment/Recreation/Theme Parks experience preferred.

Previous Leadership/Management skills within a Family Entertainment segment.

Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

Experience with leading a team from different nationalities.

A customer-focused, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Flexibility and multi-tasking skills.

Sales and Marketing.

Strong English skills and additional language are desirable, especially Arabic.

Computer Literate.

Strong organization and time management.

Salary AED 13,000/- monthly
