Sales Engineer

Saudi - Riyadh

Responsibilities

  • Ability to build, manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Provide solutions to customers and act as a trusted advisor in applying our services to their needs.
  • Review specifications, application requirements, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates.
  • Prepare & updates customer list.
  • Provide sales reports as needed.
  • Promotes ASTRUM value proposition to customers by understanding and ing the customer's operational and business objectives needs and requirements to ASTRUM services in order to provide a competitive advantage.
  • Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities.
  • Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Verifies new proposals and bids with manager prior to customer presentation.
  • Keeps manager informed of changes in the marketplace and progress on customer status.
  • Calls for assistance from manager to keep the sales process moving.
  • In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

Qualifications

  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with potential clients.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Riyadh area.
  • Skillful in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
