  8. Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  9. Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  10. Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  11. Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
  12. Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  13. May take care of website functions and social media profiles

 

Telesales

  1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  2. Answering questions about products or the company
  3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  4. Enter and update customer information in the database
  5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  7. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
