Manage Research Program, conducting research trials, reporting all technical advances, new technologies, and products to generate solutions to potato production systems.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in agriculture, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role within R&D, with a successful track record of agriculture.Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development of agriculture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.In-depth knowledge of agriculture.
