  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors 
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts 
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit and achieve their targets

BSc in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.7:10 experience in key account management.Excellent command of English “Speaking, Listening, Writing ”Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to build rapport with clients.The ability to handle multiple client accounts.Strong negotiation and leadership skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability in problem-solving.
