- Can manage all tickets requests reservations.
- Can issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers using Amadeus system.
- Handling customer inquiries from beginning of the inquiry to its closing.
- Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail and other ways of communication.
- Follow-up with customers to maintain their satisfaction.
- Manage ticketing deadlines and canceled itineraries.
- Maintain the accurate review on the airline rules, policies, ADM’s and penalties.
Bachelor's degree is a must.At least 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.Amadeus basic and advanced is a must.Excellent in issuing, reissuing and refunding tickets via Amadeus.Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.Good in written and spoken English.Excellent Communication Skills.Very good command of English.Accuracy and punctuality.
