- Conduct staff training, assess educational materials, evaluate educational strategies, and mentor new teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies.
- Work closely with the academic coordinator, operation team, and admission team to ensure compliance with educational standards, preschool and child performance, and accountability.
- Responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes, and the meeting of targets and benchmarks.
- Participate in the development of a positive work environment, one that is innovative and responsive to children's needs.
- Work with the leadership team to achieve the preschool's vision and mission.
- Oversee the development of teaching materials according to the designed curriculum and manage the performance of the teaching staff.
- Ensure that there is a direct line of communication between parents and preschool teachers.
- Prepare the yearly plan according to the designed curriculum and any additional curriculum.
- Creating clear and concise reports regarding the teachers and the students.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations about any topic needed.
- Provide the teachers with all the needed templates.
- Arrange the brainstorming with the teachers and the academic coordinator and provide all the needed materials.
- Prepare the worksheets for the classes and coordinate with the Arabic and Quran teachers.
- Make sure that the weekly worksheets are printed and distributed to the teachers.
- Make sure the teachers deliver the monthly/weekly plans on time.
Have a proper and sufficient discussion about the provided plan with the teachers and make sure to substitute what is not age-appropriate.
