Prepares schedules for CONTRACTOR’s WORK. Prepares overall project schedules including CONTRACTOR, COMPANY, specialist vendor and installation contractor activities. Monitors performance against agreed schedules and reports variance to Project Manager. Prepares cost estimates. Obtains review and concurrence on same and advises impacts as a result of scope changes. Evaluates scope changes for schedule impact. Monitors project cost, commitments, and develops forecasts. Reviews installation contractor’s change order requests for validity of cost and schedule impact. Familiarity with PERT/CPM scheduling techniques and program selected for the project. Competence in computer spreadsheet program used for Project. RequirementsFamiliarity with PERT/CPM scheduling techniques and program selected for the project. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree with Minimum Experience of 10 years of Cost Estimating and CPM experience (If experience is less than 10 years; Strong experience & strength in specific filed shall be submitted with resume)
