- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Set up and configure surveillance cameras.
- Configuring attendance laboratory machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentalsInstall, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.
- Troubleshooting Network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- End User Device Support.
- Support Applications (Outlook, Printing, Scanning).
- Hardware Support (Printers, MFP, Desk Phones).
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Software and hardware assists management.
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or Related Field.Good understanding of Networking, Windows, MS Office 365, Prior experience in tech support, desktop support or a similar role. Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software IssuesGood Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA Self-Study.Ability to diagnose and Resolve Basic Technical IssuesBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Excellent English proficiency. For knowing about VPN networks, Firewalls, and other aspects of network security technologies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and presentation skills.
