This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager MADINTY branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing staff, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures, maintaining inventory, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building trusting relationships with clients and doctors.
Previous 3+ years of experience in managing a pharmacyExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and practicesExperience in sales management and achieving targetsProficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management softwareAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyBachelor's degree in PharmacyAbility to speak multiple languages ( English) is a plus
