- Produce the design and artwork for websites, and social media. GIF and online banners.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects/marketing strategies & creating mood boards.
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
- Work with the creative team to conceptualize creatives based on strategic goals.
- Accurately scope and estimate personal time
- to meet creative project requirements.
- Understand and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Create assets that follow the creative brief concepts and adhere to good visual design practices
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.experience 3+ as a graphic designer.Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Familiar with both online/digital graphic design and offline/printing design standards.Team player and responsive.Additional qualifications in video editing and animation are a plus.Experience in fitness or educational industries is preferred.
