•Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.

•Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.

•Achieve sales targets set by the company.

•Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

•Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.

•Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).


Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate SalespersonProven track of successful sales recordAbility to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong sales, negotiation and communication skillsPleasant and trustworthyMS Office familiarityReal estate agent’s or broker’s licence
