- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose the root cause, and execute timely repairs.
- Coordinate and participate in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and compliance with technical specifications by carrying out new inquiries and fitting new parts.
- Conduct equipment performance tests and fine-tuning to achieve optimal operational parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, service reports, and maintenance logs.
- Generate and submit periodic maintenance reports, highlighting equipment performance, maintenance costs, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to maintenance activities.
- Review daily work orders and provide reports to the direct manager.
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance workers, Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
- Support and participate in technical sales activities by generating AND/OR selling new spare parts and molds or both new machines to the clients.
