Position overview:

The Senior Content Editor supports the collection and interpretation of health plan medical policy data that services US Market Access drug coverage content operations.

About You- experience, education, skills and accomplishments

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in healthcare
• Minimum 3 years of US healthcare, formulary management, policy experience

• Excellent data interpretation and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing client and healthcare market demands
• Expert understanding of benefit design and management strategies including policy details for drug management in all indications

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Owning all assigned data related to maintenance of database​
• Owning two or more advanced additional tasks for data team​
• Participates in many client-facing projects or decisions or essential advanced tasks for the team​
• Responsible for success and advancement of more junior staff in executing data entry ​
• Initiates participation in strategic decision-making as appropriate; involved in organization-wide collaboration(s)

About the Team:

Analytics customization is a team of 10 members within Optimizing Delivery, providing subject matter expertise and project management for our Fingertip Formulary product.  Our content provides comprehensive views of US market access data sourced directly from health plans.

Hours of Work

• This is a hybrid role which can be performed at any of our US offices
• This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours EST zone, with flexibility to adjust to various U.S. time zones as needed.
