- Managing the different processes and procedures related to the EME projects, programs and services.
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with business partners
- Overseeing the operation of technology innovation labs (microelectronics, Industry 4.0, IoT/Robotic, ..etc.)
- Maintaining technical aspects in development programs
- Planning projects milestones, directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget
- Periodic executive reports for the different programs KPIs.
- Defining new processes as per the recommendations of ITIDA top management.
- Performs subcontractors’ communication, qualification, negotiation, and validates deliverables to ensure the quality, schedule and budget.
- Managing the administrative, financial and promotion activities with other supportive departments within ITIDA
- Maintaining capacity building programs in electronics technology
- Anticipate stakeholders needs and their approval when required
B.Sc. in Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering / Electrical EngineeringM.Sc., MBA or PMP is a plus.10 years or more experience in electronics technology (design or manufacturing) domain, Mechatronics, embedded systems. Or Industry 4.0 Technologies.Good knowledge of financial and procurements practices.5 years or more project management experience. Strong knowledge of latest electronics industry trends.Good knowledge of startup and entrepreneurs’ eco-systemExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influential skillsLeadership and management skills.Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project tools.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strategic and critical thinking.
