• Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress against budgets, identifying and addressing any variances.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to explore cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
• Propose value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
• Generate regular reports on project costs, financial performance, and potential risks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide support and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.
