- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of cost-related journal entries and reconciliations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost accounting, and recommend process improvements accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and standards.Proficient in using cost accounting software and ERP systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
