Investigation/CCTV Surveillance Specialist

Job Description:

+ Responsible for taking care of CCTVs requests from investigation team
+ Reporting any down cameras to operations and agency responsible for bosta cameras
+ Responsible for accurate timings for CCTV extraction based on scanning action
+ Monthly hubs visits to check cameras location
+ Responsible for cameras naming based on hubs layout
+ Incase of any layout changes - responsible for reporting to hub manager and head of ops

Requirements:

+ Knowledge of complaint management principles, techniques, and best practices.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
