Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy and wellness hub, currently running 15 active locations in New York and around the state, strives to reinvigorate Physical Therapy by adapting the latest technology in the treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care and assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster. 

We are looking for an Experienced senior accounting professional to work with the accounting team and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining accurate financial records; including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

 • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and filling in coordination with accounting firms and tax lawyers • Lead, coach, and supervise team junior accountants and follow up on them on multiple aspects and assigned task

 • Accounts receivable and payable management, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. 

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

• General ledger management ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and that the ledger is reconciled on a regular basis.

 • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards. 

• Auditing management including coordinating with external auditors and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 

• Complete financial reports, and lead the month-end closing process. 

• Cash flow management and supervise payment cycles. 

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and filing.


   Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA is a plus. • A strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. • 3-6 years of experience. • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Experience in QuickBooks. • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software • Strong listening and communication skills.• highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. • Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, as well as new financial management tools and technologies. • Fluency in English is a must for this position. • Ability to work from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm office based in Maadi
