  • Sets up sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs, so as to achieve the key objectives of the company.
  • Apply the policies and procedures that promote the credible image of the company internally & externally.
  • Control over the use and maintenance of the equipment, transportation facilities, communication, and other administrative services.
  • Fully responsible for processing and rehabilitation of buildings services, and to take the necessary preventive and remedial action to maintain these buildings.
  • Training of personnel and administrative affairs on their business and transfer experience to them.
  •  Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  •  Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency


 


BSc/BA in business administration or relative field+7 years of working experience in the fieldV. strong leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
