- Manage sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Direct the sales team in the direct and indirect sales.

- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
Experience Needed: 15+ years.Real Estate experience is a must.Experience in developers is a must.Previous experience as a manager and director.To have experience in Red Sea projects.To be able to locate in Sahl Hashish, Hurghada.Excellent command of English.Experience in both direct & indirect sales management.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Excellent Leadership skills.
