Director OF Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:
 

  •   Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts 

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospects and client organizations. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and position cloud services and solutions as the best-fit solution
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor for tech services. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the scope of services provided
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to target and win new clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities
Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Provide guidance and support during the client onboarding process to ensure clients' expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate closely with AWS to ensure strong relationships


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferredProven track record of success in cloud sales, preferably with experience selling AWS cloud services or similar cloud platformsProven experience (+10 years) in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Plastic Pipes Sales or the Engineering industry Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbility to identify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
