As the B2B Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams, with a focus on emerging markets such as Egypt and Nigeria. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales training programs, creating comprehensive documentation, and ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to excel in their roles.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Training:


  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our sales teams.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Documentation:


  • Create and maintain detailed sales documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Ensure that sales processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for documentation purposes.

Market Focus:


  • Leverage your experience in emerging markets, particularly in Egypt and Nigeria, to tailor enablement strategies to the unique challenges and opportunities in these regions.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to understand market dynamics and incorporate regional insights into training programs.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Foster strong collaboration with regional sales leaders to ensure consistent messaging and practices.

Learning Management System:


  • With the support of the L&D and Content Marketing team, build the internal LMS to create an ecosystem of learning and continuous growth
  • Maintain, build, and create a sales academy to onboard new and upskill existing reps
  • Create assessment frameworks and ensure reps are onboarded in a timely manner with complete product knowledge
  • Own KPIs such as onboarding time, time to value, conversion rates and work on initiatives to further improve these metrics
