Job Description: -
As the ArabyAds business is continuously expanding across business units (offerings) and across markets (geographies), we are looking for an exceptional individual to help us in expanding the Media Sales business. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, as the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the Media Business Unit responsible for business development within Tier 1 & 2 media agencies as well as with the direct clients. You would be working with various internal stakeholders on Product, Technical Operations, and Creative Services to ensure that the revenue and growth objectives are met.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, nurture and own relationships to generate new business opportunities, working with all the stakeholders within MENA Region
- Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions based on key KPI’s
- Creation and management of a pipeline of sales opportunities in order to achieve/over-achieve revenue targets.
- Manage client campaigns including: strategy development, report delivery, and client communication
- Sharing post-campaign reporting, analysis and recommendations to improve activity in line with client objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to drive revenue growth, retention and track performance of accounts.
- Understand the technology landscape that key partners/vendors bring and
select/recommend appropriate tactics basis client’s requirements
- Act as top domain expert in leading the development and expansion of ArabyAds’ Media Sales Business Unit offerings and best practices in partnership with senior leadership
- Build case studies with clients across key verticals

Required Skills and Experience



3-7 years of experience working with Tier 1 & 2 media agencies along with a good network of direct clients. Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape with attention to Mobile/CTV/DSP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to educate clients, advocate the product adoption based on client’s requirements. Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.

Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such personal data cannot be used to identify a certain User. Thus, such data is not considered personal data.

The consent of the data subject



The User consents to the processing of its personal data with the purpose of Controller’s handling recruiting. The User consents that personal data is collected through the Service, when Users;
make an application through the Service, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and when they use the Service to connect to Controller’s recruitment department, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The User also consents to the Controller collecting publically available information about the User and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
The User consents to the personal data being collected in accordance with the above a) and b) will be processed according to the below sections Storage and transfer and How long the personal data will be processed.
The User has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, by contacting Controller using the contact details listed under 9. Using this right may however, mean that the User can not apply for a specific job or otherwise use the Service.
