Real Estate Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process to ensure that targets are met or exceeded. This includes identifying potential clients, developing relationships with them, generating leads, completing sales, and maintaining relationships over time. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a sales team within the organization and for actively collaborating with other departments to develop new sales strategies. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective sales plans. Set sales goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against targets.


-At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field-Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field-Upper-Intermediate English Level.-Experience managing a team is a must-Well Presenter, Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
