- Build the 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Preparation of schedules and sheet lists.
- Developing and applying Revit templates and families.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.
- Adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Bachelor in Mechanical Power Engineering.Total of (4-5) years of relevant experience in 3D Modeling with solid expertise in Mechanical. (2017-2019 graduates)Demonstrated fluency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Have sufficient technical knowledge of LODs.Excellent knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards, MEP systems design, creating Revit families and templates, and project management.Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
