3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide a top-notch experience and maintain a high response rate.
4. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product offerings, pricing, and availability.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs, rectify any mistakes, and implement systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct data entry tasks across various platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
7. Follow up with customers to collect feedback on previous orders, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer retention.
8. Monitor messaging platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), review incoming customer inquiries, assist clients with completing orders, and ensure all details are accurate. This includes writing forms for orders received through social media platforms to ensure completeness.
