We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in ice cream B2B sales and supermarket distribution network for a consultancy opportunity in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, possess in-depth market insights, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales within the ice cream industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Develop strategies to optimize B2B sales channels and enhance supermarket distribution networks.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
  • Participate in an in-person meeting to discuss findings, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders.

 

Consultancy Details:

  • Duration: Short-term consultancy project.
  • Location: Egypt (with the possibility of remote work).
  • Compensation: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

 


Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience in sales management, preferably within the ice cream industry.Proven track record of success in B2B sales and supermarket distribution network management.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to derive actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
