HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Develop HR Strategies & Budgets: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and budgets aligned with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

3. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

4. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.

5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.

6. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs and schemes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

7. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

8. Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

9. HR Administration: Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
 


Requirements:-5 to 7 years of experience-Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in a similar fast-paced and fast-growing environment.-Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.-Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively contribute to organizational goals and initiatives.-Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with a passion for driving positive change and growth. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.-Team player: ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.-Experience in construction field is a plus.-Proficiency in both Arabic and EnglishA bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
