- Planning and coordinating daily export operations to ensure their effective and timely execution.
- Monitoring and overseeing all stages of the export process, including preparing necessary documents, permits, and shipments.
- Dealing with government entities and international institutions involved in exports to ensure access to all available facilitations and privileges.
- Preparing reports necessary for evaluating the performance of export operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and taking corrective actions.
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of export operations and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Negotiating with international clients and specifying terms and conditions related to export contracts.
- Providing technical support and advice to employees in the company regarding export requirements and relevant international laws.
- Monitoring global market developments and providing reports and recommendations to management regarding potential opportunities and challenges in the export field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in export or international shipping, including experience in team management.Strong knowledge of international regulations and laws related to export and shipping.Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and solve problems.Ability to work in a multicultural international work environment.Leadership and motivation skills to achieve goals and develop the team.Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
