Collaborates in setting annual business line objectives.
Translates objectives into quantifiable marketing goals and targets.
Cascades goals and targets to team members, ensuring alignment and ownership. 
Establishes marketing department KPIs and performance metrics.
Monitors and analyzes team performance against established metrics.
Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to team members for continuous improvement.
Creates a comprehensive annual communication plan to build brand awareness and maintain consistent brand voice.
Manages the annual marketing budget, ensuring it aligns with organizational vision and supports marketing initiatives.
Conducts regular market research to identify trends, analyze competitor data, and inform marketing strategy.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
Stays up to date on social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Stays informed about industry trends and competitor activity in the social media landscape.
Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns.
Contribute to the development and implementation of social media campaigns supporting new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
Identifies and plans participation in relevant conferences, exhibitions, and events, managing all required marketing materials.
Manages relationships with external agencies (advertising, research), providing clear briefs and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure brand messaging alignment across all channels.
Optimizes resource allocation to achieve marketing goals and maximize return on investment (ROI).


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMarketing background is a must.Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience, at least two of them in a managerial position.
