- Prepare SRS documents
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders like Customer, UI/UX designer, developers, etc
- Report on common sources of technical issues, insights or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Previous experience in Business / Systems AnalysisA degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant major. Basic knowledge in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsProject Management skills is a plusExperience with SQL queries is a plus
