We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented e-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team, this role will primarily be responsible for GoSupps orders management, documenting operational processes, tracking all shipments, and interacting with suppliers, this role will report to the e-commerce operations Team leader.
Responsibilities Manage and review all order fulfillment processes, inventory, and shipping logistics.Oversee shipping logistics for timely deliveryCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams.Contact with suppliers to track purchased orders status Coordinate with the warehouse to make sure all orders have been received Support in Product listings if needed Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, and order/fulfillment management.Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics.Familiar with systems such as Magneto & odoo is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
