- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns regarding property investments.
- Conducting market research to identify real estate trends, new property developments, and investment opportunities.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale and developing strategies to increase their value for clients looking to sell.
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients and advising them on legal and financial matters related to property transactions.
- Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.
Fluent English.Bachelor's degree.Proven experience in the Real Estate brokerage industry of at least 2 years.Good computer skills.Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.Excellent awareness of the Market.Presentable with very good communication skills.Prefer residence nearby New Cairo & others around residency.
