- Set shipment plans based on product availability and customer requests
- Plan expenditures and monitor transportation costs
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and handling their complaints.
- Responsible for arranging all the shipments related to exportation.
- Maintains supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Ensures compliance with global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
- Review the shipping firm invoice with the loading plan to determine the shipping cost per product and customer.
- Ensure dispatch of export goods as per the relevant export standards (checklists) as per each destination country.
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure that the process of import and export of goods is working effectively.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, warehouse stock, and means of transport.
- Create updated documentation for (invoices, and bills of lading).
- Collect all necessary export/import documents like (B/L, COO, Insurance certificate, SGS, SAD, and Certificate of origin).
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Experience: 1-3 Years of experience as a Logistic Specialist.Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systemsPrevent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field.Knowledge about all Nafeza issuesExcellent in English LanguageProficiency in Microsoft Office.APICS or other forecasting Certification preferred.
