As a Junior Business Development professional with B2B sales expertise and cold-calling experience, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success.Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold callingBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutionsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide exceptional customer serviceTrack and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your cold-calling efforts and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.Utilize your B2B sales experience to negotiate and close deals that align with company objectivesStay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business prospectsRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B telesales or related fieldPrevious Cold-calling experienceFluency in English (written and spoken).Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsExcellent time management and organizational skillsFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.
