Business Development Manager (Solar PV Projects)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients for roof - top solar projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the roof-top solar market.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase the company capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and results.

Good hands on Experience on AutoCAD,  PVsyst,  Google Sketch, and PV Sketch Software required for large scale solar power plant/ farm solar projects. Prebid Engineering and Detail design engineering- Preparation of Technical Specification and drawings, Calculation, BOQ, BOS for EPC RFP work, Budget allocation, Primary estimation.Leading, Coordinating and managing team with support engineers, designers and site managers. Close coordination with site team, SCM, BD team and other departments. Complete project engineering and coordination between civil, electrical engineer’s and other  miscellaneous items.Strong Expertise in Solar engineering, PV syst, DC-AC Engineering, Scheme finalization, Plant  layout. power evacuation schemes at different voltage levels 11/33/132 kV as per tender  requirements.
